For context, our quote was £45k (for 65 houses) but OR set the target at £60k. We ended up at needing 52% uptake (incl some SME's) which we got in the end. Thanks

To clarify, you needed 52% of addresses to pledge in order to get enough voucher contributions to go ahead?

Ours is quoted as £45k, but awaiting final figure, imagine target may be similar - We can access vouchers of £7k for approximately 10 of the address in the quoted 58, and £1500 for the others (according to our REO).

Yes, thats correct. 52% of addresses was our final outcome - that % did of course vary as we progressed depending on the mix of residential and SME.

You are doing really well if you can get £7k vouchers - max for our SME's was £3.5k

@tikka69 So far we are trying to find the right balance. There is a Government maximum of £500K from vouchers for a single project. As our number is £580K we need to try to segment the villages served by the exchange to give us parcels that are viable. We are waiting on a revised project specification.

Thanks for clarifying, makes sense. Yes, Kent have up to £7k available for residential and commercial for those with speeds less than 30Mbps. So it's worth exploring!
