I get that all day long. Around here Openreach got in with FTTP 3 months before Cityfibre became available to order so most people went BT so contention is really low I'd say.

Showing 1.25G down and 982M up - does that mean you've managed to bond the BT and VF services together?

Draytek 3910, session based load balancing, so multi session speed test or any multi session downloads, web browsing etc will use both connections if it wants.
All important wired devices are 10Gbe like NAS and my PC's.
