My exchange is NDCOP... I don’t believe there are any other FTTP properties on this exchange, ill probably be the only one... If its true that if the cabinet has huawei then there must also be a huawei OLT then that would be perfect...
That exchange area only has Huawei FTTC DSLAM cabinets so that is good news, you would then have to look further a field to see if all the other exchange areas served by the same headend exchange had any ECI DSLAM cabinets to be absolutely 100% sure.
