FTTP Install Process/ Times

I am shortly moving in to a new build property and was wondering about the install times/ process for FTTP.

When checking on the BT Wholesale checker it displays the following for the address;
“ Our records show the following FTTP network service information for these premises:-Single Dwelling Unit Residential UG Feed with no anticipated issues.

ONT exists with no active service. A spare port is available. Network is at capacity so a new ONT cannot be ordered.”

Does this mean I’m unlikely to require an engineer visit as the ONT is already installed in the property and it will be a relatively quick process when I order? I get two weeks notice of legal completion and a firm date for keys so don't want to order any sooner than that in case the date moves due to COVID restrictions.

That seems to imply that all the kit is in place, and it just needs an order to get service provided to the existing ONT.
