KCI2 ASSURE

[link to this post]

I've ordered FTTP (after months of trying to get in contact with openreach to tell them that my neighbours have it and we don't) and on the DSL checker it says KCI2 ASSURE. Does this mean anything bad?
Here's the picture

Does the survey take long because I ordered it yesterday and it's due some time this week and I work from home on thursdays.

Didn’t you say you were booked in for the install on Wednesday in your earlier thread?

I’d call them on Monday and reconfirm the appointment booking date/time.

This means the install will need a pre-survey just to validate or check things. If you look below the table, a reason might be listed, such as blocked ducts or line of sight issues.

This survey normally won't need you to be present, but if it's not completed, it could cause your install to not complete 100% on the day, so it is worth speaking to your provider to see if they have any notes about any pre-checks being done.
