I am trying to determine the current pricing structure for FTTP from BT which I think are (inc VAT):
150Mbps download 24 month contract: £35.99/month
500Mbps download 24 month contract: £45.99/month
910Mbps download 24 month contract: £55.99/month
If you want the option of a phone service, then it is provided as a Digital Voice Service with your existing phones moved over from the master socket to the router, but I have been unable to find associated costs of the equivalent of line rental nor the call costs of the PAYG service for 01/02/03/07 numbers. Would some kind soul please tell what they are please and also confirm if the prices shown for their broadband service are correct?
There is no "correct" price for BT retail: the correct price is the one you are quoted. You get different prices via different links, and may get a different price again if you phone up for a quote.
Here are some links you can try: choose the one which gives you the best price and/or best incentive (e.g. prepaid Mastercard). You may be able to use them in conjunction with a cashback site like TopCashBack or QuidCo.

There is no separate monthly charge or "line rental" for the digital voice service. You already have a line (the FTTP line). It is possible to buy FTTP with no digital voice - although typically it's priced the same as or higher than FTTP with voice.

As for the prices for calls: there's no difference between digital voice and analogue voice call charges. These are published somewhere, but all you need to know is "ludicrously expensive". With the call setup charge, you won't get much change out of 50p for making a single call these days. You are much better off using your mobile to make outgoing calls, or getting service from a separate voice-over-IP provider.
If you really must use your BT-provided phone for making outbound calls, and you're making more than a few calls per month, then consider buying an unlimited calls package. BT make a huge profit on these, so you'll almost certainly be offered one as part of the ordering process.
Do remember that there are many other providers to choose from. I don't use BT myself - my impression from reading this forum is that their network is fine, but their customer service is terrible. Not many providers offer a bundled digital voice service (Sky do; Zen do but charge extra for it; I think EE do). But if you take a separate VoIP service which decouples you from the broadband, then you have many more choices available.
I'd also advise you think carefully whether you need anything faster than 300M. Many home networks are not able to make good use of speeds above that, especially over wifi.
