We do SoGEA migrations, new installs and FTTC to SoGEA. The number of providers that do support this should ramp up over the coming year.

I have SoGEA with IDNet 80/20 im happy with it.
OP is looking at leaving IDNet because of the high cost so not looking for an IDNet recommendation.
you sound like you were bullied at school
Sounds like you never went to school otherwise you would have never posted an unrelated comment in this thread, but good for you that you're happy with your IDNet 80/20 SoGEA connection.

Searching this forum for the term "SoGEA" suggests that Zen and Unchained may do it.

Zen couldn't do an ADSL -> SoGEA upgrade though (as of a month ago)... So you might want to call them or message them to confirm.

Same here. I'm with Zen and they won't currently do an FTTC -> SOGEA migration for me either, without ceasing the service, losing the landline no etc. (I want to port the landline no to VoIP, but I can't).

I migrated from Plusnet FTTC + CIX WLR to Zen SoGEA in February and it all went smoothly, I was half-expecting to something to go wrong with the previous services being supplied by two different providers. I didn't keep the landline number but could have moved it to Zen Digital Voice at the same time.

It's bizzare they can't migrate existing customers.

I am also the customer with UnchainedISP SoGEA FTTC 80/20 all went smoothly as i don't bother with any landline calls as I lose landline number but who care as I am deaf hardly use it.
