What we're being told is that BQM is good but gameplay is bad. That doesn't really make much sense. As has already been suggested, this points the finger at the local PC, LAN or router.

+1. OP hasn’t mentioned it’s time of day related - which traditionally has a strong correlation to congestion either backhaul or PON on resi broadband. Would be visible on a BQM in any event - but be nice to actually see it over a 24 period / live esp. during game play period(s).

Peak speeds look OK.

Loaded latency / bufferbloat performance is unknown… OP could also run a constant / rolling ping test during gameplay and watch the latency response.

Try playing a game offline to rule out a computer issue.

Not sure that would prove much if the game interaction requiring a network connection is the key issue.

Could just swap out for another machine / gaming rig or just swap/ bring the other rig that’s working nicely to the same house/connection.

Is that an Ookla speedtest.net result?

What does waveform report? Post a results link.

Interesting. How do I get A+? This is from the Sky Router SR203 due to needing VoIP. Otherwise I'd have used my own.

https://www.waveform.com/tools/bufferbloat?test-id=a...

Ah I see about A+. "Less than 5 ms latency increase - A+"
I'm right on 5ms increase.

How would I rectify that?

The packetloss test came in from selecting Germany. Total Packet Loss Up/Down 0.0%, all listed 0.0%. Average Latency: 34.51ms, Average Jitter: 0.68ms.

Your connection looks pretty sound. I’m not really sure how this has much to do with the OP and their issue though. Suggest you start your own thread, as it will just get lost here and isn’t really fair to the OP.

It’s not the set up I’m playing pro Warzone tournaments from a different address and win a lot of them. Also not a fiber on demand I asked someone high up and the installed a regular fttp.

Non-sequitur. Your PC may have a "faster" spec than his, but it may also have other things which are different that cause it to stutter - like anti-virus software for example, or a dodgy network card.

Unless you take your rig round to his address, and test that it plays well there, you have not actually ruled out a difference between your rig and his.
