So my friend went for the TalkTalk fibre option. I was over today & ran the TBB speedtest (on my phone over WiFi).

My Broadband Speed Test

Doesn't seem too shabby, although slightly surprised the upload speed was significantly more than download. Everything seemed pretty snappy but didn't stress test the connection.

I believe it was TalkTalk Fibre 65 on CityFibre
