Kit on poles

Can anybody identify which provider might use the type of kit shown in the picture below?

Virgin Media have been working in the area but I never heard of them doing over head stuff in the Openreach poles…?

Yes VM are now using Openreach duct and pole infra. through PIA for their network.

Virgin are certainly putting CBTs on poles, reply #32 in this thread on Kitz has a picture of one in the Bridgend area, clearly marked "Property of Virgin Media"
