They came to the door, asked for the letter
Out of interest how did the Zzoomm guys at your door know you was a tenant and not the home owner? are all the properties on your road rented out via Connexus?

Edit: added clarity

Don't worry Adrian its just a small speed bump relatively.

I could tell you chapter and verse about some of the "fun" I had getting FFTPoD installed in 2018/19 - that was like 9 months of protracted torture. That you pay them for 😎

Smile and have a glass of something tonight.

I could mention the cbt and fibre joint cylinder on the telegraph pole opposite me, that was put there around 2/4/2020 and it still isn't live ..... but i won't 😅 - just saying with fttp installs; everything is relative 😂😁 <3

Well I hope it is just a small bump, otherwise I will say stuff it and stay with FTTC.

That is a thought, I know the rented ones have new roofs and the private ones don't, well apart from one. but maybe I should have said it is private, then they would have asked for proof I suppose. this is what i get for being honest.

Both my next door neighbours are privately owned,

So 800+ posts of will I, won’t I and should I, or not, and you are still dithering, dallying and just about to cancel whilst on the vinegar strokes. Why am I not surprised ?

This thread alone has over 120 posts. Maybe a quarter to a third by Adrian. As far as ways to keep your point count rising rapidly and avoid feeling lonely and ignored if it goes relatively quiet in the cesspark go it's working well.

I am a legend by all accounts smile

I have sent an email to Zzoomm, telling them I am not happy with the way things are, since I already had a letter giving permission they should have gone ahead, the same way they did with another neighbour who did not even have a letter, saying their installers are inconsistent. I told them if nothing is sorted by the end of next week then I will cancel, I am not going to pay Plusnet out of contract prices, not even for a month.

Furthermore, I also said that their installers are inconsistent, after all if they can do one property without permission then they can do mine that had permission.

Not happy at all and i blame you lot smile
