Looks like a standard Nokia ONT if I'm reading this BT page correctly. Just has a bit of a "flash" housing compared to the others.

It might be a Huawei because latest single port is almost identical to the Nokia.

Confirmed, the Nokia ONTs have LEDs that shine through the casing, they don't have lenses like that.

These housings were at one point given to developers so that they could incorporate it into the final finishing a fixings of each apartment / house etc that they were building. As said they are originally a Huwawei line item made to house their own 1+0 line of ONTs - the second generation they were supplying Openreach without the FVA voice port the first generation (physically much larger) ONTs had. Luckily they will also accommodate the newer Nokia ONTs now that Huwawei active gear is verboten.
