Problems with "it"

When will these pronouns stop being so confusing?

Just thought I'd add in here if not already mentioned. Cityfibre now have an isp-to-isp mirgration process in place.

I've recently moved from AAISP to idnet on Cityfibre. The change was straightforward I just had to change the login details in the firewall I use on the activation day quoted on the email I received.

Cityfibre connections generally use the same ONT once installed and carry any ISP's they have across the same connection.
