I do appreciate what your saying but it is on the Openreach website and publicly accessible to anyone who looks hence why I didn't see an issue.
That is interesting, as normally organisations the size of openreach wouldn't use an individuals email address. As I work for a very large corporate, I know that publishing indvidual addresses is against our own rules, as it is very hard to change an email.

The issue is that these pages are indexed by Google/Bing and probably ChatGPT, and this information will hang around the internet forever, when that poor individual Openreach employee is doing a very different job and finds their email account unusable due to the internet spam.
