Although a FTTP installation today would have an external CSP , as stated , policy changes , if there is an ONT , no doubt that’s where the fibre cable enters.

As a reply already states, that's a cover for a copper connection.
However, that's exactly what I have for my FTTP connection.

My street was originally copper only. FTTP was rolled out and I was 1 of the 1st to order.
While the majority of the country was having external CSP 's installed by this point, not everywhere was fully trained in this method.
I have no splice. It's a single cable from CBT to ONT.

Don't read anything in to the fact there's no CBT if it was installed 3+ years ago. I'd go with what the Openreach database says.

It will likely be inside the copper cover that you pictured a couple posts ago. That's what all the underground ducting is connected to and would the the only way to get fibre to the building without a telegraph pole or physically digging.

Often they replace the cover 101a with a CSP, placed directly on top of the connector bend 4 (aka elephants foot).

This is the easiest way to install FTTP, particularly if the current master socket and new ONT location is directly through the wall from the external boxes.

I had to buy and reinstall my own connector bend no4 as the engineer who installed my FTTP took my old 1 away with him, leaving the fibre exposed between the ground and the cover 101a.
