Waiting List? FTTP

Am looking into purchasing a property soon, and wanted to look up if i could get FTTP for the property.
Oddly all results on various providers, say either can't provide service (Talktalk) or have very slow SOGEA Services (BT/Vodafone).

However - When you look at the BT DSL Wholesale Checker, it says FTTP WBC 1000 - Waiting List.

Anyone have any idea how to move fwd?

BT Exchange; Swinderby.

The area looks like it's had FTTP for a while, with CSP's and clear active services on neighbour properties. The DSL checker does have some discrepancies on next door neighbour's, saying FTTP isn't available.

Is there no section at the bottom of the BT Wholesale checker talking about ONT's and the network being at capacity?

There can be a waiting list because the local PON network is full / at capacity.

There can also be a waiting list for properties that are part of an ongoing FTTP build but have not yet been enabled. This is not so common.

it doesn't refer to anything to any ONT etc.
On my current property it does say active service - but nothing like this on this property.

it's very perciuliar.
