Openreach procedures

I live in an estate of two 5 storey blocks with 15 flats each. Openreach have pulled fibre cable through existing underground ducts into our building. I cannot find any timescale for the internal equipment/cabling ONTs etc.Is there anyway to find out ORs schedule or plans for post code G46 7NN?
I am concerned it might be stuck with the Factor who manages wayleaves/permissions etc in Scotland.

Have you been in touch with the Factor, as they would have any necessary communication from Openreach?
