my isp said they cant as every house on that pole has the same details. and they are not allowed to log a report. Im lost and just dont know what to do ?

Have you filled in the form "my neighbour can get fibre but I can't" ?

Drop down entry for "Please tell us what your fibre broadband enquiry is about" use:
“I cannot get fibre but my neighbours can”

Provide as much detail as possible in the next field. Next steps tbc once they come back to you. Hopefully within the week.

Either its a database issue (use the form mentioned in this thread, which has been quoted), or the network is not ready for taking orders. I'm also seeing similar behaviour with the Openreach checker for my postcode (everywhere just says "We'll be building here in the next year" and then, all of a sudden, it will just become "Available to order now" without any warning or indication that anyone built a network through the usual checker updates).

I missed that option the last time i used that form i just got told what the checked said. Thanks I have submitted
