Plusnet customer in June 2003, left in 2015 when they couldn't offer a decent retention deal for FTTC!

I am kind of annoyed I was charged £45 by Aquiss for cutting off if what you say is true. It's certainly made me realised I should look around first, and probably won't go back to them.
