Livebox & Dyndns

I have a relative who uses Orange and wondered if I can setup there livebox to use dynamic dns, I did notice Dynamic DNS oprion but cannot do anything with it.

I know I can use a software based solution but i'd rather the router do it.

I got the dynamic dns facility up and running on my LiveBox without problems (once I put the right password in!?!).

I'm having problems, I've put in the right username and password, it just says "Configuration Successful" but on DynDns's own page it doesn't show any updates, so I have to update manually.

Please let me know if you've got any ideas how to get this working.

Hi,
It seems that the Dyndns web site takes time to update from registrations made by the livebox.
So the updates were made successfully, just not shown on dyndns immediately.
