This started about two weeks ago. I was unable to connect to my website through an FTP program, tried using the online version provided by Orange but it keep telling me I needed to be an Orange customer. This was a bit annoying as I'd been a customer since the early days of Freeserve!
It appears that Orange don't provide phone support for this service so I was advised to e-mail. The response said that they had added new capacity and that the new IP addresses were not yet added?
Two weeks has gone by and still I can't connect, anyone else had this problem or can shed some additional light on this subject.
