Orange My FTP

Anyone else suffering with no connection to their "My FTP" site.

This started about two weeks ago. I was unable to connect to my website through an FTP program, tried using the online version provided by Orange but it keep telling me I needed to be an Orange customer. This was a bit annoying as I'd been a customer since the early days of Freeserve!
It appears that Orange don't provide phone support for this service so I was advised to e-mail. The response said that they had added new capacity and that the new IP addresses were not yet added?
Two weeks has gone by and still I can't connect, anyone else had this problem or can shed some additional light on this subject.

Had that problem awhile back (same as some others) but it was sorted some 2days later.

Just checked and everything is working ok for me @ the mo ( i use PowerDesk FTP)

Just seems to be a flaky service @ best really, its offered for free so i dont exactly expect 100% service all the time.
