Is Orange now just a disaster?

Hey all,

Is anyone else having speed issues with orange? I recently moved from my 2mb package with Wanadoo to an 8mb unlimited package with Orange. The connection I have been sitting with for 2 months is 0.8mb download and 0.3mb upload.

Everything was fine with my connection until I moved on to the 8mb package and now I receive less speeds than my previous 2mb connection. I have called Orange five times, four of which I was asked to follow the same tests such as a line test even though the test results demonstrate that I am able to receive 7.5mb on my line.

Have you put a complaint to the ISPA?
If you don't put more stress to Orange, I am definitely sure that you will suffer from this kind of slow connection or even disconnect for at least a month.
