Cannot connect to a particular site on orange

[link to this post]

My ISP is Orange and I have been trying to reach the site below without success.

http://www.quovadis.aero

My friends not on Orange have no problems

The site is 213.30.155.36

when I do
tracert 213.30.155.36
the messege gets to a server called reverse.completel.net and then is timed out

Contacting Orange by phone and e mail has been the most frustrating experience as somebody in India tells me to first reinstall my browser and then to reinstall my router.
Clearly they are working fine but something is wrong with the way Orange is routing the message.

Any help gratefully received

I can get to that quovadis website easily from IE.

And that tracert also ends up timing out at reverse.completel.net!

Whois shows that 213.30.155.36 is quovadis.aero and belongs to Competel Fra.

So, don't think it can be Orange doing it.

I can't get to it, using Orange but with OpenDNS.

I can see quovadis no problem. Ignore India - they're completely useless. Your best bet for a solution is to see what responses you get in this group.

Orange seem to have frequent problems with DNS servers - sorry I can't give you a solution - be patient or change ISP.

It's not their DNS Servers though, I'm on Orange and using OpenDNS and still can't get to that site.

Look at your DNS servers as per this reply to a similar problem:

My "DNS server" choice was set to "obtain automatically". and it did not work.
I have now used OpenDNS which I have never heard of before and I can now get successfully through to the site. Thanks to you all.

I am afraid my knowledge in this area is near to zero so i do not know why one server faiing to respond is causing so much of a problem as I assume the system automatically tries to find an alternative route.
