I was a bit sceptical about going over to orange from plusnet but they gave us a really good deal. I had been getting up to 16 Meg download speed in another house closer to the exchange with plusnet no issues. Moved to this house started off with 11 Meg fairly consistent for a couple of months or so, was impressed. Now speeds down to 5 Meg, seems mainly due to low sync speeds. Also brightbox keeps restarting, mainly to drop the sync speed. Anyone have any ideas? Is it a noisy line or brightbox playing up?
Does anyone know how to get the full line stats out of this box?
In march the brightbox was connecting at up/down speeds of 1,200 / 13,368 kbps.
