Can anyone please suggest what might be causing the following issue.
I have a VOIP 486 Grandstream device. When I connect it to my Orange Netgear router, or my Orange Livebox all works ok. I do not have to make any changes within either of the routers admin pages for the Grandstream device to work.
When I connect the Grandstream device to the Orange brightbox (which is the way I want it to be connected) it will not allow me to dial. Is there a setting that needs to be set to allow connection on the brightbox?
