I am going through the same thing now I requested & got my MAC code on 20th Febuary & migrated to Plusnet on about the 12th of March Orange/EE have billed me up till may when I rang this morning they say the MAC was never used by plusnet & my account was still live & they as I have said in my post on the plusnet part of this forum that they were now going to charge me an admin fee for canceling my account this months broadband & phone looks like it's going to be very expensive until I can get one company to admit to making a mistake as I am pretty sure I have done nothing wrong.
