Email address for Orange?

Hi, does anyone have an email address for Orange that I can use to contact customer services? I don't want to use the online "contact us" form on the Orange web site, as I wish to keep a copy of my correspondence with them and would prefer to send it to a proper email address. Thanks!

Unfortunately there is no email contact for technical support, just custmoer service

Whenever I send an email from a webpage, I copy and paste the message text into Notepad and save it.
I usually find that my original message comes back as part of the reply. It's then possible to continue the conversation using your email program (Outlook Express etc). This works with Orange CS.
