have switched over to Orange and received the livebox etc, which it's looking more and more like I won't use having read the comments here, anyway, when I phoned to change to Orange they never gave me my user name and pw. So I phoned yesterday and the user name ends '@fs'.

Is that right, is is because it used to be freeserve?
