To be honest, now Orange is a nightmare! Have a look :

http://www.orangeproblems.co.uk/phpBB2/index.php

I have been lost connection for totally 3 months and they are still trying to find some excuses to delay my connection. Have got 2 line tests and a million of times of call, but still got no broadband at all and eventually I am paying for just nothing.

You got to think about their CS hotline, it's not free!
In average, you have to spend to 2mins to speak an advicer and another 5 mins to play around with their default checking process for your live box. Eventually, you might end up paying a call of 30 mins for no solution at all (they might say there will be a line test on your line, but you never know if this happens)

Don't waste your time with Orange get a decent ISP - all the pointers and users same the same thing; stay away.

Use Compare and make a solid choice.

I'm with this guy. Once my VOIP service was up and running (some delays which I suspect were down to my old ISP), everything has been fine.

Of course, I got my LLU email yesterday, so I need to see how that works (or doesn't) before I give them a ringing endorsement. But otherwise, I've no complaints. Besides I don't consider

Don't go to orange, you will regret it eventually. I've been with them since the freeserve days and now orange have taken over i've had nothing but problems. They won't even give me a mac code to leave this shower. I've asked 4 times and keep being told too get it i need to cancel the broadband service and pay the remainder of the contract(which isn't a lot now) but i won't pay on principle of not getting what i've been paying for.

All ISPs have problems i realise that. The reason i advise not to go with orange is that when a problem occurs it won't get sorted and you will be left without broadband and a big bill to escape.

Molehill I would'nt bank on 4Mb speeds post LLU conversion!!!

I was LLU'ed in late January after several years on a stable Wanadoo - BT IP Stream connection. Nothing but problems since then.

ADSL disconnected for 24hrs at a time at least once per month. Had to plead with customer services to look into the problem each time after going through the basic diagnostics. As stated many times before by myself and others, the customer service is appalling!!

I now have my MAC and have placed my order with Zen this evening. However, I am not expecting Orange to make things easy, though I have no contract tie in.

They are rubbish, plain and simple. No need for prevarication or long winded replies from me on the matter.
Avoid or go slowly mad with them.

Plain Fact..... Zen Internet gave me several excellent years service at an expensive cost not value for money, therefore migrated to Orange

Orange overall a good service at a bargin price including voip.
Many people are quite satisfied with Orange including myself .

Who are you with....Cost....Do you have voip...
