evenings / weekend speed question once again

There has been several posts here dealing with evening speed issue (both LLU and non LLU) but I wonder if anyone has tried to contact Orange about it - would that be just usual waste of time and money?

Same problem here. LLU Wandsworth exchange (london) for 8Meg max
Very low evening speeds, like 56k modem connexion !
Tried to contact Orange. No luck. Said they will test the line but i believe that this will be done daytime when speed is good......so unfortunately i am stuck with 11 months orange contract !!!!!.

They will always try to bull**** about lines or equipment.They got a major problem and they still trying to avoid admitting their failure
