We had the email saying we would be upgraded on 4 May, and as far as we know it went ahead as the Samknows website is saying we now have LLU on our line. The speed doesn't seem much different to before (as was discussed in a previous thread we appear to be on a fixed 1MB line, probably because of our distance from the exchange).
The speed is fine for us and not a problem, but we have found that we now can't get various websites that we could get before and this IS a problem!

Looks like we will maybe have to start looking for another ISP but I have been reading about the difficulties transferring to another provider when you are on a LLU line. I wish Orange had just left our line alone...it was working perfectly well before the 'upgrade' which we didn't ask them for!
We had to phone Orange last week as we had no internet throughout one afternoon and evening - they did test our line while we were on the phone and said there was an outtage on it - however the next morning we were able to connect again.
