Re: LLU Speeds

Good news here too ...have been 'stuck' at 2.7 Mb max but two days ago my speed suddenly jumped to around 5.5 Mb and has been stable since then even during the peak times.

Just hope Orange have finally sorted their LLU service and that this isn't just a temporary fix

Having some shocking speeds at my girlfriend's at the moment. This morning it was running nicely at 300KBs downloads, now it's dropped down to a dire 17KBs!! It seems to do this after 5PM. Some crappy fair usage thing kicking in here or have I missed something?

Any help appreciated - cheers.

As far as I know there's no shaping going on, ie what you're expecting being a PlusNeter.. its just extreme contention on Orange's BRAS.

I heard they were adding a lot more network capacity this month, if this is ture it should resolve a lot of the issues talked about here. There have been a few positive posts recently so maybe its already under way.
