hey mate,

yeah seems like the exact same problem, i have to click refresh quite a few times. This isn't the worst thing in the world but i can't send files to anyone over chat programs, or recieve. I can't watch streaming video.

The thing is it worked perfect on my line for the first month. I haven't called them yet, been busy and putting it off. Its a right pain. You get any luck?

This has starting happening to me today - sites don't load on first attempt, you have to keep hitting refresh.

I now have no connection at all - it cut off at 11am this morning - I've been out all day but she noticed it when trying to send an email.

I'm currently posting using my phone as a modem.

LLU is not as bad as it seems, just read my previous posts.
It will improve, send a complaint by email if no joy to escalate problems.
