Mode: G.DMT You are still on 2 Mag Fixed ADSL1.
You should have been changed to ADSL2+. You could try setting the DSL Mode in the Settings to ADSL2+,

Yeah I think your right, it definitely looks like I'm still on 2 Mag Fixed ADSL1. When I changed the mode to ADSL2+ I lose connection.
Don't why Orange say this has been done, do they need BT to do something at the exchange during this 10 day stablisation period?

They have to ask BT to do everything. Orange has handed the running of all its BB to BT Wholesale (a White Label service).

If the speeds are what you used to have, looks like the order to move you onto ADSL2+ has simply not took place yet.
Computer probably says order has gone in, but it has not physically being processed, or worse computer says yes, but it got lost down a black hole.

Orange say they can't do anything till the 10 Stabilisation period is over which is end of next week so I'll just have to wait and see if anything happens.
I'm sure I'll be on the phone to them again, I'll let you know how I get on....maybe I'll be lucky and be getting 14meg when I get home today :0)

Well I'm still on a fixed 2meg ADSL, nothings changed, Orange are now saying its done and that's all I can get which is obviously rubbish.
Can anyone advise the best way to get Orange to actually get the BT engineer to make the physical change to ADSL2+?
Cheers

If Orange has actually submitted an order that is, there is no proof this has happened.
Generally leaving can have an impact on getting an ISP to do things
