New router turned up from Orange.
This time have a netgear instead of a Livebox.
Plugged it in and stright away got 10.5Mbps dowm load and 0.9Mbps on upload.
So seem it was the router after all.
Took 4 phone calls to Orange "Tech" support who seem hung up on the BT speedtest results and no action then whinging email before the router was sent.
Next time will cut out the phone call and jsut send an email!
