I take it it's something more difficult for them to fix with a quick phonecall? Will they have to send an engineer to the exchange?No, it's just a request they have to make, but the difficulty is finding someone who knows what to do.
Ahh, I assume you mean when you get through to their level 1 techs when you call the technical phoneline? If thats the case then I understand since I've had 10+ phonecalls to them this month trying to sort out my other problem (which is now fixed).
