just had a chat with orange on-line, is this true what they tell me below;

So we can continue to provide you with an excellent broadband experience at all times of the day, we do manage our internet traffic according to certain rules at busy times.

Our aim is to never let you down when you're using your broadband for important things and the quality of the connection needs to be top-notch, for example when you're making a call on your second line (if you have one with Orange), if you're playing online and are just about to get to that next level, or if you�re watching the latest episode of your favourite program on the iPlayer.

These important services are prioritised over others that are less time-sensitive (like file sharing) at busy times when a lot of people are connected and our network gets very busy. The busy times are typically between 6pm to 11:30pm on weekdays and 5pm to 11:30pm on weekends.

Our priority is to make sure that everyone has a stable access to the internet at all time; this prioritisation improves the quality and speed of broadband for more than 95% of our customers.

Hi, it is true Orange is unlimited use for customers on home broadband, but Orange do have traffic managing for P2P Peer-to-peer file sharing and this is stated on the website.

Although they're having a few issues ATM

You don't need sky tv but need to be in an llu area
