Well thought id drop in let you all know how my problems sorted out.
It was nothing to do with my end all my cables were in good order as i pointed out
to them in dec 2011 , jan 2012 and march 2012. A bt engineer was in my house
and said all was perfect but he changed my wall socket anyways then he went
to the exchange and checked he insited Orange had tweaked my connection and
the problem was at there end.
Orange call me 3 times to check Paul i think his name was but he was very helpfull
and i cant fault him even sent me a new orange brand router helpfull guy.
The main problem i found....u guessed--India....i would call they would be on about
cables ect i told them they were ok but the went on.
They told me to plug into the main socket and leave on for 72hrs now i new this was
a waste of time but i went along BUT when i called after 72hrs they had no notes of
this and they wanted me to start and the beginning again.
I called once....gave my number--can u repeat please..i did...can u repeat please i thought
to hell with this hung up called again hope i got a person who could speak better english.
I knew there was no point in me going to another isp because i new they problem would
still be there....fixed now thanks to posting on this forum.
As said the guy on here ukdoc got the ball rolling for me so big thanks there, thanks to
the forum and thanks to Paul....
I smiled there thinking " bet im on here again in a month " hope not.
