PPP Server Down

Trying to help a man who is nearly 90. This is a long time connection which has been very reliable.

Livebox - Slow flashing light - PPP Server Down.

Comes off Worle exchange, Weston super Mare, anyone know of any problems?

Username looks correct to me, took me a while but I now think that I have the right password.

At this stage I have not carried out any other checks.

I am not near this computer to check, but have rung up and light still flashing.

Most routers will auto reconnect, but worth a power off for a minute or two and switch on again.
