Once again, I'd like to thank everyone who has helped with this. The good news is I have been syncing at 4900 for the past week, and am now syncing at 6386Kbps! This is a huge improvement, and I'm really happy now.

Good! What was changed?

I presume the 6.4 Meg is with a 3dB NM?
