Orange traffic management

[link to this post]

I'm looking at moving my broadband to Orange because I could do with an 'unlimited' ISP.

I do a bit of P2P downloading, around 30/40gb a month and was wondering what the 'slowed down' actually means in terms of throughput on Orange. (6-11pm)

My line speed is around 6500kbps on 21CN.

I have found that the P2P speed is trottled to a snails pace (worse than dial up) until 11:00 pm
