So I've already forum pm'd Gavin about this, and it's being looked at. I just want to know what you think the issue is.
At the same time p2p throttling comes into effect my streaming speed starts to slow down. I don't know if it's congestion or throttling. What do you think from the following information?
I did a TBB speed test, TBB Speed test
My speed is normal, this is a BBC speed test. BBC Speed test
