With lots of spare margin on the upstream it is possible that Orange has banded the line. On WBC providers have lots of options and Orange appears to try and favour stability over actual sync speed

Engineer came today and sorted out the internal wiring of my flat. Getting a much better speed now and the line has gone back to FAST PATH. Apparently the speed will improve more?

Down sync & NM spot on!

Up sync & NM look capped, but I hope now it has reverted to Fast Path that this will free itself in time.

Why are there so many error seconds?

That is the Q!

It could your line, the filter, the router ... Are you running from test socket? Worth swapping any you can and see if it reduces errors. Don't forget to hard reboot router after any change so error counts are zeroised and we can assess their rates of change.

I don't think it would be the line, especially when the engineer spent over an hour doing line tests!

I am plugged in to the test socket, yes. I have been for the past 3-4 days now.

I'll post some more stats tomorrow when I change the filter.
