The problem is, the service is near unusable most times. It seems to be delivering pulsed broadband, with Speedtest net producing a sawtooth wavefform of massive spikes.
My first thought was contention, but I don't think that is the case, as it's the same in the wee hours or early morning.
Upload, which is obtained by fast switching of full speed is OK, with download seemingly being delivered by pulsed ram-jet technology or something equally obscure.
TBB speedtest here, which is a bit wobbly http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest/button/14027...
Quality report here http://mcssjc.visualware.com/myspeed/db/report?id=55231 that shows the drop in both upload and download in the graphs.
When watching any download, it's pulsed. Lots of squirts of data and pauses. I will get no sense from the totally useless customer service and everything is running as well as it can here, but I wonder if anyone can point to the problem.
