Why are you set to ethernet? Describe your setup to me please.
Can I confirm it goes Master Socket - BrightBox 2 directly?
Also why did you use the migration wizard? It should not be required? It comes out the box setup for fibre.
To confirm when the new brightbox arrived, did you remove everything old entirely and start a total fresh e.g. no old modems, no old routers, no old cables, no old brightboxes etc. All gone? Only using what came with that BrightBox 2?

Once you get it like this you will likely need to factory reset the Brightbox, as it wont work in mode ethernet. Factory reset it, you should get online with no need to change a setting, just plug and play. No migration wizard needed. Plug in, away you go (assuming default setup).
