It is literally a box you get and plug the wires in, nothing else needed.
The mode is fibre out of the box btw - not Ethernet.
Can you try a full reset and see does it connect in? To rule things out can you also change the broadband filter at the same time.
If that fails check your mode is fibre.
Failing all that you can rerun the migration wizard but it totally shouldn�t be required.
This simple, box arrives, plug it in. I just worry some settings have been changed in this whole process you have gone through.
Easiest way to ensure the factory reset has been applied, is to run it via the GUI. On first boot up it can take 5 to 10 minutes to connect. The reset pins often take a few goes to do a full reset.
