I remember seeing that a while ago. Next gen or high end pc?

Yeah trailer is from E3 last year but i have been watching it closely,not bothered with posting games that are a long way of but this is due in the next 6 months.

Its for PC,PS3/Xbox, though i wouldnt be too sold on it till more of the game has been scene.

And there is always the possibility that the game release date will slip and it could be on the next generation Xbox Or Playstation 4

Unlikely, as the game has been in developement for a while, would be too costly- what you will find is in 2013 a certain amount of AAA titles in the first half of the year but the 2nd half will be quieter as certain games will look to be launch titles for the new consoles, or come out just after.
