guys whats your opinion of the practice?

I see no place for them, and usually avoid any games with them. For example, it will be most unlikely I will get Plants V Zombies 2 because of it.

I presume it's just really to stop people buying hacks and to try to make more money when pricing games lower than they should be.

Hopefully it'll go the way of episodic gaming.
