I'm surprised they would release it in that state at all, especially as it's now being withdrawn.

I suspect they contract out stuff further (much the same way as Duke Pukem), and quality control was lost (or even ignored).

looks like they tried to pull a fast one, release it broken (as dev cost money the longer they wait) and maybe expected some bad reviews but not a complete backlash.

It could have been worse though - they might have created another Big Rigs Over The Road game

Wow that was awesome. Gaming at its best, 2003 style. 2002 was a better year though, BF1942 came out. tongue
