Been looking at the videos of the game and the textures look really plane and boring and i have to say i am a little worried about this game.

Could be a quick trade in me thinks,obviously a review embargo again because the game ships in the US tomorrow and here Friday and not a review in sight.

I dunno, it might suit you t2d as you like CoD style games, for me it just looks too much CoD with more "fluid" movement over the terrian, half the stuff in the videos is just too staged to end up happening in an actual game. In all reality people will likely just camp it up regardless.

I'm skipping on brink until i hear from enough friends after a month or two that it is worth it. I cant be bothered going through another black ops.

Textures look really low resolution and the maps look really like a game from 10 years ago.

Nothing about what i have seen of the online multiplayer looks anything like the pre rendered videos they have been showing regarding the game.

I will still get it but quite honestly if this impresses me i will be mighty surprised,also if i have this game after the weekend then that will also be a shock.

The PSN will remain down until ony implement a standard of security that should of been in place from day 1.

Tell us something we don't already know ?,its the lack of any information that really gets me and the fact even after this shambles Sony still choose to keep all Playstation 3 owners in the dark regarding what is happening ,when it will be up and running and basically just a little courtesy would go a long way for Sony and its Customer base.

It seems to me like they are completely ignorant to there clients and the people that give them the revenue needed to fund this organisation.

How many thousands of people if not more are going to turn there backs on Sony after this fiasco just because they were not given basic information.

How can it take so long to get it running again??
Surely a good team of programmers could easily get it up and running in 1 week ???

Knowing the secrecy that Sony are there is more than likely a lot more wrong than we the buying public know about ?

Its a free service but each day that drags by then weeks its becoming a horrible nightmare for Sony and this has to have a major impact on them as a Gaming division.

Confidence in them now must be at a all time low and the people jumping ship was not rocket science as people who want to play games are not going to wait a couple of days nevermind weeks/Months to get there fix.

The breaches keep putting it back, it was set to make a come back up till the point a rumoured (and likely true) 3rd attack happened when it was "we'll be back by may 31st".

They say theyre rebuilding their infrastructure, this would take a lot of order in equipment, sort out of new hardware, deploy it where ever they need it, prior to this they would have had forensics in, etc.

When it comes back don't expect it to be smooth sailing, it will likely be up and down due to maintenance whilst sony load balance it, configure it, roll out new updates to it, etc.
